Rental of House and Grounds:

Range-In season April 30-Nov.1 $900-$1200 based on the number of guests.

Indoor off season $400-$600

Non-profit rate - $400

Corporate rate - $1000

Wedding Ceremony - No extra charge if booking for a reception

Wedding Photo Shoot (Engagement or Bridal Shoot) No charge if booking, otherwise, $75 for outside shoot, $125 if using house and yard.

2-eight foot long tables

3 indoor, 8 foot tables (can seat 30)

2 bars, one inside, one outside

5 sets of wrought-iron furniture outdoors (can seat 22) and cloths

Changing rooms for wedding party
